Return Policy

At Nordwood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your products for a full refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  1. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  2. The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  3. Personalized, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

2. How to Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service at info@nordwood-pracownia.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.

3. Free Return Shipping

  • Returns within the Netherlands and most EU countries are free of charge.
  • For returns outside the EU, shipping costs may apply. These will be communicated when you contact us.

4. Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund.
  2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  3. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, except where required by local law.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another product or size:

  1. Contact us at info@nordwood-pracownia.com with your order details.
  2. We will assist you in arranging the exchange.
  3. Shipping for the exchanged item may be free within the EU.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@nordwood-pracownia.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
